Thin, Strong Fiber panels

I am looking for the name of something that I have seen used but can't find anywhere

These are sheets of thin, plastic/fiber material - based on where I have seen them used I don't think they are too expensive and aren't made from Kevlar or anything crazy.

Any help in finding a common name for this type of material would be great!
