Meh. Our water supply currently comes in through the cat flap after I put an excavator through the feed to the house. Lucky it's not been a cold winter.

It's a brand new house they've been dragging their feet on building for a year.

It's temp according to you - and the house isn't finished yet. I could argue that they want the house finished before they commit to the final run. The GC could have said just get heat in here I don't care how you do it?

It's been temp for about a year now,they did it after the rough in inspection for the house was done.
The city has never seen that 1/2 assed bs work.
The guy who did the work is a renowned hack artist that some how manages to stay in business.
If the house burned to the ground from it I'd love to be a fly on the wall watching him trying to explain it.
