after going over it in my head about a million times..

first thought was to use the rustoleom epoxy kit
and that was with not fixing the cracks in the floor
the more i have gotten done on the garage though made me want the floor to look as nice as i can get it.

so my second option was to fix the floor completely then do the rustoleum epoxy

after some reviews from friends and on the net it didnt look like that was gonna be the right choice for me.

so after finding this website i see the porcelien tile idea.. I LOVE IT! i did tile myself in several areas of my house, and its easy to do.

still having to fix and level the floor though before i would attempt to do the tile.

cost range around 1000 to do everything, and alot of labor on my part.

so back to the drawing board, fic floor and go with the rockhard floor from menards? still in the 1000 range and alot of labor involved.

i called race deck today to get a quote on there flooring.. and its right around the same pricing as the rest of my options. BUT alot less labor on me, and i can get a nice design out of it with color options. Plus the little bit of insulation the race deck might provide is a bonus. They were really helpful on the phone and i think ill be placing an order after the first of the year.

The decision maker for me was the fact that you just put this stuff down and then get on with the rest of your life. No waiting for things to cure, dry, etc before you are using your garage again. If I was starting out with a new built empty garage, it would have been a whole different story.
