Posted this in the yard sale thread, but thought maybe I should put it here also. Is that ok, do you think? Anyway, here goes:
Had no time for yard sales this week, and a busy Saturday too. Wife went to last day of an estate sale though, and texted me a photo of a Craftsman tool box, to see if I wanted it.
She told me the price was $120, but then followed with another text to say it was 75% off, due to last day of sale. I texted back that it should be no more than about $50, so I would take it. When she got home with it, she had negotiated the price to $30. I love this woman!
The box has little diagrams on the inside of each of the three panels, showing which tools go where. Makes it much easier to fill, I suppose.
Love the little swing out compartments, for small items. And LOOK! I got free stuff with it, such as a GM water pump gasket. LOL
All in all, I think she did pretty well. Only problem is, I have no wall space left. Now I've got to try and find a place to put it.
