Well, here's my 28' X 38'. Thanks to reading through here, I was provoked to really get it organized this time. I'm in the process of getting as much as possible along the walls and open up the center, which is the only this shop will work. It get worse before it gets better.
Believe it or not, I can actully find things better right now than a few months ago. My biggest problem in the past was just finding a spot for things. I've added a Stanley Vidmar for fasteners and othe smalls, a few of the microfinch drawer cabinets and pretty much got rid of various containers of stuff. The drawers outstrip storage compared to shelves. It's working.
In the process of trying sell a radial arm saw and drill press to gain some more room.
Will be building some racks get get even more off the floor.
