Can't help ye with the box but are ye Clan McCloud? My heritage ties me back to the McCloud's that were located in Skye. Visited there a few years ago when I was living in Ireland....loved it.

I actually have a version of the 9 drawer tool box in the pictures. The difference between mine and the HD version you're looking at is the drawer slides. I have friction drawer slides vs. the ball bearing ones in your photo.

I bought mine years ago and it's held up great! The box is very well built, and the drawers are decent too. They're way better built than the Craftsman I've seen lately. If it were me, I'd definitely buy it again.

Since they make the exact same box with ball bearings, I wonder if I could upgrade....hmm...

i just sold my clarkeHD 40 inch roller w/ 26(?) top box to my best friend for 300 bux.
they always served me well but i out grew them and got never did like the gold colored trim.
my new roller is the 42 inch HF and my new top is the Crafstsman grip latch deep 5 drawer box.
the clarkeHD top box construction is way better than the craftsman.
the HF roller is a little better construction than the clarkeHD roller.
the HF has much better wheels too.
the lock on the clarkeHD takes a barrel key instead of flat key to lock it. i prefer the barrel key.

when i first bought the clarke roller i callled the 800 line to aska a question. when the phone was answered, a recording said "please 1 for help with your craftsman tool box, press 2 for help with your clarke tool box".

oh yea, one little issue i had with the roller.
that long deep drawer on the bottom will sag and rub the cabinet bottom if loaded with a little more than moderate weight.
