Maybe $50 but I doubt $100. The US General are good chests. I have 3 of the old 44” — Got them for $359 each years ago. Wanted the 56 or 72 but could not afford them at the time.

Anyone know if they plan on offering the 56 or 72 inch tool chests in white? Those are good deals but I would prefer white over all the rest... looks good I think

I emailed HF customer service that question back in August 2019. Their reply was to "check back often" which is one helluva non answer.

72" in green for me this weekend. With one 44" and one 26" boxes to plop on top. No stock on any of the 3. The manager said it takes about a week to get them in. Made 2 trips, one on Friday with the wife so we could double team them with the 10% off coupons for the top boxes (used the super coupon on the 72" roller for $999) and again today when the kids popped in to visit. I assigned each one a 10% off coupon and an item. A folding shelf, a nitrile glove box holder and a paper towel roll holder, all in green. I let them pick out and keep the free gift for helping out their old man.

The manager said they'll uncrate and help me load all the big stuff when it comes in. Gonna hitch up the trusty old 6x12 enclosed trailer with the ramp door. Hopefully, rolling that big 72" sucker in and out will go smoothly.

You probably have your mind set on the 72", but you could buy two of 44" boxes for cheaper than one 72". Just push the two together and you have 88" of tool space across instead of 72" and it's less expensive. Just throwing that out there.

Oh believe me, I considered it. I even considered buying three 26" units since I loved the shallow drawers on the top chests. I figured they would be easier to move both initially and possibly when full. But I needed the deep bottom drawers of either the 56 or 72. The shallower drawers on the 26 and 44's rollers just wouldn't cut it.

I'm consolidating a bunch of tools from my overflowing almost 40 year old 26" Kennedy. (which after moving it, is unbelievably heavy and was scary) And a 41" Homak that is full and some tools in a cabinet. Besides those deeper drawers, the weight rating and the heavy duty casters of the 72" swung me that way.

They are nice for the money. I recently sold a Cornwell box that was around 20 years old for $500 and it was very similar in build as far as construction and drawer closure, but was only 18" deep.

What I'm trying to say is these are a solid value and well constructed, but they don't have all the latest and greatest features like the Icon, Homak or other higher end offerings.

Thanks for the coupon saved me another $50.
My hernia is going to need a rest after unloading that box by myself.:lol_hitti
You'll be fine, I did the 56" by myself earlier this year, and unloaded my new 72" by myself this weekend. The 56" was CAKE compared to the 72, that thing is a MONSTER!
