I spotted this at a local flea market, 1984 Lopi 380/440 woodstove. I've read these are nice well built stoves. Wondering if I should install one in my shop, I have unlimited free hardwood from the cabinet shop next door. The shop currently has a gas furnace but it's loud. I didn't get a pic from the front.
Thinking about this Lopi woodstove.

Lopi is still made by travis industries. They are currently a very high priced steel plate stove. A good reputation. Made in WA.
1984 was before stoves were certified and before clean burning efficient technology emerged. The stove will eat way more wood and smoke more while producing less heat than a stove from 1991 or later.
