IIRC, you must have minimum 100 posts to be able to upload pictures.

EDIT: Nevermind you said view photos not post photos. Im not sure what your issue is.

You mentioned 3rd party posting. What is it that you are trying to post? Pictures hosted somewhere else?

Theres a sticky somewhere that talks about how admins decided to turn reply feature off on classifieds and instead you need to PM the OP...

What you may be seeing or in this case not seeing could be due to Photobucket creating issues holding photos to ransom.
