How wide is it? Looks just like the one I have, but smaller. It's def a Mac. I don't know how much that box is, but I paid $500 for this setup, and a $250 for a smaller 26" Mac bottom with Cman top. So they're usually pretty affordable. My boxes are loaded down with tools and all the drawers open and close perfectly. Some of my drawers weigh 80 to 100 lbs and they work great. I wouldn't hesitate to buy that box.

Seller lists the measurements as 26" w, 19" h, and 15" d it does look the same as yours. Would be good for my needs. I will have to make the drive to see this one.

It's worth $75. I'd offer $50 first though. Just make sure there's no heavy rust or anything on the bottom or back side. Make sure the drawers slide nicely and nothings bent or broken. You can tell him you hate stickers and argue that they will remove paint and leave marks when you take them off. Make sure he has keys for the lock. My box has a latch in the back that you slide left or right to lock or unlock the drawers, while the top lid is the only one that actually locks with the key. So if he doesn't have the key and it has the rear locking mechanism for the drawer, it's not a big deal because you can put any old cheap lock on.

That stand wasn't a selling plus for me. Seems like junk to load and get rid of it would fit on my old Craftsman cabinet.

JVB. He got back to me early evening and said he would be around all day. I am sure he will get back to you this am. If you get it let me know and I won't bother calling him. I can't get to him until after lunch at best. He is around Squirel Hill

That looks like a MB 5100 / 5200 series. I had one 20+ years ago. It was a good heavy box.

^^^ Ugh...

Don't lowball him. $75 is more than fair for that box.

^^^ This

That's a very nice box for $75. I bet you could get at least $250 for it. I have two of the matching bottom boxes loaded with tools and the draws are very tight (square/well made) and slide smoothly after 30+ years. I recently bought a more modern Snap On and drawers seem like junk in comparison.

Just picked it up. Seems to be in good shape for its age. Never spent time on a truck and all the slides are smooth. I paid 75 and did not haggle.

Good buy. I saw one for $60 a while back. It had a front cover like the snap on road boxes but the post seemed kinda sketchy so I didn't reply.

Never heard from him. Congrats on the purchase though. Pm me if you ever decide to sell or want to make a few bucks on it.
