Looks cheap-o, but I can see a use for your purpose. Only thing is, I have a length of pipe for my wife to use should it be needed, and that wouldn't work well on that thing.

Oh I would never buy that, I just thought it was an interesting idea. I'd probably break the square drive off the breaker bar and strip out the gears in the ratchet trying to change a tire on my mason dump. If Proto or someone made something like that it would probably kick ***.

You can just pair a good flex-head with a ratchet adapter.

That's exactly what I have. Snap On breaker with a Proto ratchet adapter.

Even better would be a torque multiplier. I had a service truck do a flat on my semi. His compressor wouldn't start so he broke out the multiplier and an 18" ratchet. Took those lugs off with no problem.

On the other hand, why not just buy a decent flex-head ratchet? Makes a good back up as well... I find them cheaper than buying ratchet adapters
