For those of you that don't know, Danaher makes tools for many companies today, including:

Allen
Armstrong
Craftsman
Fluke
GearWrench
Jacobs Chuck Manufacturing
K-D Tools
Matco Tools

....and more.

Just an FYI to people who think Armstrong ratcheting wrenches are better the GearWrench, etc--they come from the same people!

Hello,

Not trying to be argumentative but I like the Armstong reversing ratcheting wrenchs better than most.

I have:

Gearwrench-both with and without the "cap-Stop"

Craftsman -- standard length combination

Blackhawk --

Blue Point

and some others, but I dont have any Armstrong reversible.

I worked for about a year at a large diesel engine manufacturer in a test cell where we tested very large engines and generators(over 5 Megawatts) and they supplied the tools. They supplied the Armstrong combination ratcheting wrenches and I really liked them. Very nice tools in my opinion.

I have some Armstrong double box with a ratcheting end and a standard box on the other. They are ok but but I would love to have a set of combination Armstrong's. If I find a "deal" on some I will buy them, but they are a bit pricey for me now at normal prices.
