This one has me stumped.

Hi All. It’s in 2 pieces. One fits inside the other and when it’s together the inner portion is held to the outer portion via a magnet. It has a spring tension piece on the bottom in a spherical half ball shape. Pictures are attached. It looks like you hit it with a hammer. I can read patent pending but the rest has been smushed from being hit by a hammer

So then this is the older style of the two? This one is a Blue Point CF-7B. I searched to try and find one similar to mine in the 1st set of photos once oldtuleguy told me what it was... I found the lisle brand but I haven’t seen one where the knurling is on almost the entire outer handle like mine. The lisle has 3 rows of knurling. I’ll keep looking
