Anyone recognize this? It isn't old, we found it in google images and even that it is made or distributed by Honeywell, but

Some type of clamp. Since it's Honeywell I will say a grounding clamp or line clamp.

Looks like something you would clamp to a pipe, that you can attach a safety harness to.
