The guy wants $25 for it but doesnt know anything more about it other than the picture.
A Polish mfg'd vise IIRC that works backasswards - the static and dynamic jaws are reversed compared to a standard US vise (Reed, Columbian et al)....

Its like the Lazy Boy of vises. The vise can be mounted with a wall 1" from the handle and work for you. Its the body that travels, not the front part. Those gib screws on the sides can adjust the tightness of the travel. Its a well made import, that's for sure.
That's because the photo is looking downwards. The seam is under the protruding lip just below the row of bolts.That's cool, but I still can't see the seam between the body and the base that let's the body slide.
I have one like that. I paid $50 for it a year ago. I believe it is made by a Polish company called Bison. It is pretty tough.
??? Say what now? Are you sure? From the picture I can't see it working like that but then again
I would buy it also.
