so another week and of course more tool purchases. This site really is a bad influence. I used to collect golf clubs and just sold most of them back in january to clear out space in my garage and now I'm filling it up with tools!
thursday i picked up this snap on top box. it's actually in pretty good shape, no rust just dirty, and a couple of dings. I paid 80.00 for it. I may not repaint it depending on how it looks after i clean it up. I have a chance at what i believe is a matching bottom for a 100.00 in somewhat rough shape. you guys think its worth it?
from the same seller i also got a set of insulated snap on nut drivers as well as an older 3/8 ratchet and a plomb los angeles slotted socket.
today I picked up a set of NOS snap on screwdrivers from 2000. I paid 80.00. I think i did pretty good there.
I also bought a small 7 oz plumb hammer (not pictured).
Lastly I picked up this 14 inch plomb pipe wrench. It's actually marked plomb on one side and proto on the other. Is this rare? is it a transitional piece? Sorry its not anything special, i'm still learning and didn't find anything in the search.
