Every now and then the blind squirrel finds an acorn. . . I'm the first guy to answer a FBM ad for free jointers. Answered, it is an acquaintance. He holds for me for a a day until I can get it. I take the 6", leave the 4". Craftsman, all works, similar to what I already have, but would take to my son. Acquaintance and wife are moving, getting rid of stuff. Long story short. . ."I've been looking for a very heavy steel welding table." "we've got one over here, will it work?" Unbury it from the junk in the garage, and there it is. 24" x 36" top made from 4 x 4 x 1/4 angle frame with two 1/2" steel plates bolted to the legs. perhaps 200 lbs.
