I picked up a THNF72 today. The cap is metal, rather than plastic... It is indistinguishable from the TH737. The tension adjusting screws are 180 degrees off from each other, but this may well be due to the positioning of the handles in a jig during assembly. It doesn't have a COO label. The model number is different, and I believe is is date coded 2009. I promise to take my camera to work tomorrow if anyone is interested. Subjectively, the initial feel is uninspiring... My TH737 is well broken-in and lubed with the red Permatex assy lube, and it feels great. Regardless, I used the THNF72 over the course of the afternoon, and at the end of the day I picked up the 737 to compare the feel. The new ratchet felt an order of magnitude more precise. I like it just fine!
