I'm between size 11 and 11.5 depending on the shoe/boot - These have always been snug for me and I've avoided wearing them because of it. You can see the soles are in great condition.

They could use some leather treatment. I've held off doing so in case you prefer to use your own brand of treatment. I use SnoSeal.
