Thought on what to do with this curb?

I have this curb left after removing a dividing wall that we built when the house was new. Would love to hear your thought on options for covering it! I painted it, but it still looks like ****.

You have FreeFlow tile so slush/snow are water should not be an issue. That looks like a giant shower with the curb. I would cut that out of there as soon as feasible.

If it were me I would want it removed. But since you want to keep it, I would build a little ramp on each side of it, that way it won't be as much of a "trip hazard' as what it is now.

Demo it before you trip over it and face plant yourself into the floor or a vehicle.

it is a huge safety hazard
Agree 100%. I’m thinking someone, especially a guest who’s not used to it, stepping back into it and cracking their skull.
If it must stay , put a simple rail about 3’ high with a swing bar for a “gate”. Think it’d be safe then.

Seems like a prime space to cut it down and install a trench drain with a grate on it like they do in firehouses and such. Solves the drainage issue and eliminates the trip hazard.
