Thoughts on ceiling for pole barn.

I am considering using some 1/2 4x8 polyiso foil faced for my ceiling. My trusses are spaced 4' on center. I was wondering if the panels would be able to hold that span? My ceiling is 12' high and I figure this is probably the cheapest and easiest way to finish the ceiling and get some insulation value at the same time. The only place around me that seems to carry this stuff is Home Depot, its around $13 a sheet, but I can save 10-15% by buying giftcards online. What do you think?

My buddy and I used that stuff in his garage with rafters at 24" OC and after 10 years they have all drooped down..

They do the job, but look like ****.. I think 4' span is too much. I would install some sleepers or just use normal insulation and metal siding to finish it out..

I used 1" and at 4' on center I would go with 1"over 1/2".
