I was in sears yesterday and seen the elbow ratchet wrench. I could see where at times it would be nice. Is craftsmen the only ones who has these? How often do you use these?

GearWrench makes them, i have a double box end set. Fairly useful to work around an obstruction, sort of like an s wrench or half moon wrench.

I have had a set for two years and never used them until last month for a brake job and removing a brake line clamp bolt. Was worth every penny that day but will probably be another two years before I use it again.

I actually used my elbow ratcheting wrenches for the first legitimate time last night. I was replacing a starter on a '96 Intrepid 3.3 and these really came in handy as a ratcheting obstruction wrench of sorts.

There certainly could have been other work-arounds to the problem, but this was very effective and easy.
