Thoughts on OBD scanner from YoucanIC model @ U Can-II B Pro? Different recommendation?

Looking for a step up from a hand-held or bluetooth OBD-II scanner. Can across the YoucanIC U Can-II B Pro. Looks pretty decent for the $550+ price tag. Comes with a 3 ft. scope too.

I'm looking for something that will not read, but clear codes, bleed ABS, reset steering angle sensors, etc. Cars are 2017-up Mazda, Toyota, Acura and RAM.

I'd be open to other suggestions, but would like to stay at around $600 or lower.
