Found this at a store nearby for a great deal. What do you guys think of using it in a garage?

Seems to me like it's a very high-end tile which is pretty durable. The deal I found it at is under $1/sq ft for the 30cmx30cm tiles...

I'd love to hear what the more experienced tile guys have to say. And also what the thoughts are on how hard it would be to install. It looks like it has a very uniform size and a rectified edge, but is much thicker than most tile I've seen.

Looks really good!
Not sure about exact values of COF. Usually dry is greater than wet. Regardless, these specs meet of exceed requirement of wen > 0.6.
Wet >0.60
Dry > 0.60
12" tiles shouldn't be very difficult to install although long and tedious process. Buy some extra tile and try doing a small project like a laundry room or something. That will give you an idea.

Most I hated was cleanup after being worn out laying tiles and then based on how many I can do in a day (really 4-5 hours) and how long it would take to do the whole thing it would have been lot of cleaning afterwords. I had a larger (means heavier too) tile and doing everything all alone sounded like lot of work therefore I outsourced after trying couple of days. I then laid some 12" tiles indoors and I am confident that I can now do a garage size job with smaller tiles.
