+1 You have to know if it has been abused/damaged as well as properly identified before making an offer. I've seen craigslist and Facebook marketplace vice ads that have better photos of old vices in way better condition for $60. The amount of travel time also has to be factored in to the purchase price and whether or not you check it out.
