HI- love the forum I have already gleaned a lot of good ideas from you guys.. sorry if there is already a thread on this but I searched "cabinets,best cabinets, worst cabinets etc.." and I can't seem to find what I am looking for..
I want to have some nice matching storage for my garage and have been getting bids from a local garage cabinet maker, california closets, looking at sears' offerings, I even saw some good looking set ups from IKEA..(one opens here in denver in a month) Thanks for sharing your experiences good or bad with any or all of these ideas or more.. i'm in Denver fyi.
would love to see your examples and rough prices if your cool sharing that info.

What is it you're looking for that you haven't found?

I can see the same things posted in this thread that have been posted in every other cabinet thread here unless you're specific.

Some people with store bought cabinets, some people with repurposed kitchen/commercial cabinets, and people with home made cabinets.

With best/worst being subjective I hope you don't expect much if that's what you want to see.

Just as an example, some people rave about the Seville cabinets that Sam's has had. Personally I think they are flimsy and cheap. Same cabinet, two widely different views which are neither right or wrong.

Check out the cabinets in this thread, I was very impressed with how nice the looked and wouldn't mind something like that in my garage.

I built my own using gray melamine, recycled kitchen doors and drawers.
