Three-Way LED Light Bulbs?

As my eyes have aged, I've gone to ever larger three-way light bulbs in my recliner side lamp. I'm now using a 100/150/250 watt bulb, mostly on the 150; but on 250 for fine/bad print.
Problem is that the quality on them is terrible. Hardly get them in before they go bad.
I've been looking at 3 way led light bulbs but 1)they're very expensive and 2)they seem to top out at 150 watt equivalent.
Anybody got any suggestions on where to get better quality incandescent 3-way bulbs or reasonably priced LED bulbs that would give me enough light.
Thanks for any help,

Try Super Bright LED's

We bought some outdoor work lights from them and they are Bright. They seemed to have the best price for what we were looking for, but LED's can be expensive

You might consider getting dimable LED lights instead of 3-ways. Many LED's can be dimmed. Of course then you would need to change your lamp fixture though.
