Threshhold strip and drainage

Since my garage floor is not completely level, despite having a new door and weatherstrip, I was going to install a threshhold weatherstrip to keep the leaves and assorted crud from blowing in through the gaps. But then I realized that this will hamper my ability to hose down the floor. It occurred to me that I might be able to drill a hole through the threshhold and install a small metal drain tube at the low point to let the water out. Anyone encountered/dealt with this?

No floor is completely level, they normally slope either toward a drain, or toward the entrance. The tube would be a bug entry point. Does your door have the weatherstrip at the bottom of it, that sets on the concrete?

If by not level you mean from right to left, I sawed a wedge that I srewed to the bottom of the door before putting on the weather strip.
As far a cleaning off the floor, I use an electric leaf blower. Fast and easy, and you don't have all the moisture problems.
