I have a sunroom which was probably built in the 80s with a small though the wall system. It’s pan has rusted out and now it leaks water to the inside so I am looking at replacing it. It needs to have heat and air for almost 400 square feet. 220 volt power.

Any suggestions?

Are you talking about a wall sleeve AC with heat? About 26 inches wide x 15 1/2 tall? you can buy replacement units that will fit the old sleeve, but you will not find them a the local home store.

I think this unit will fit the old sleeve, if not rip out the sleeve.

Yes, a sleeved unit. Thank you for the recommendation. It looks like the sizes on these have changed over the years and I will need to rip out the old sleeve. The current one is 26W x 20-1/2H.

Being only 26" wide it's more like a window unit than a ptac. Just doing a search there are quite a few of different btu sizes available. Most have the width but short on height.
