Yesterday I ordered an 8 piece metric wrench set ($9.88 on clearance from their web-page) to be picked-up at the store. Someone from Sears called me and said they didn't have any more of these and they would substitute a 9 piece for the same price. The 9 piece was selling for $19.88. Went this morning and picked them up..no problems at all. Salesperson was very friendly.
