I bought some Proto Duratek screwdrivers from Zoro last year. This weekend I was using the P3 driver for the first time and noticed the shaft had a bend in it that I didn't noticed when I got the screwdrivers. I contacted Zoro to ask if I could warranty the driver through them or if I needed to contact Proto. Zoro informed me that they have a 30 day money back or one year replacement policy. They said they were sending out a replacement at no charge. I didn't even have to show them the bent shaft or send it back to them. Now that is some no hassle customer service! Way to go Zoro.:thumbup:
