Tig Cooler Coolant

Simple question, the coolant in my Miller Coolmate 1 is brown. I guess it's time to change or is this normal? It sat for a good few months at one point during my garage renovation.

I would definitely change it. My Coolmate 1 coolant has never turned brown. Be sure to clean the filter as well. Do you switch out your torch often?

Yep. Change it. Brown is more than likely algae. The algaecide has broken down.

I've never switched the torch. Surprised how fast it broke down.
