Hey gang, Im looking for opinions on flooring for the New Garage. All are welcome. I dont want to cause a ruckkus so lets agree to differ on opinions now.
Heres my dilemma, Im building a 24 x36 garage / workshop. My plan was to get the Motofloor/Racedeck tiles. I have concerns with sawdust getting in the cracks so Ive been looking into epoxy. Now im wondering about VCT tiles.
Im putting in a lift wich has casters at one end ( Garage end) and A small workshop with chop saw etc ( Shop end). I like the look of the tile but want to have an easy cleanup. What do You all think.
Thanks , Gord:beer:

i liked the VCT tiles but was worried about scuffing. I ended up going with epoxy but everyone has their preferances. I would ask some of the regulars on here what they recommend. Im pretty sure they will steer you in the right direction depending on your needs.

Gord,
I prefer epoxy. Here is my suggestion and I don't work for or sell any brand of flooring. I don't install etc.

You have 850sqft.

3- Norkan 200 3 gallon kits 0f 100% solids $138 each total $420
4- Norkan preprime clear kits -$40 each total $160
2- HPU747 urethane clear top coat $92 each total $180
2- Sharkgrip Sherwin williams product $3 each total $6
So less than $800 gives a top notch floor.
All except the SW product can be found on epoxysuperstore.com. Good luck
