Tile flooring for a 30x19 garage

I have a 570 sqf concrete floor. Looking for the best value to performance flooring out there. Will be parking classics and working on them in this space and may potentially buy a 4 post lift.

Here's what I am thinking

The checkerboard pattern is used quite a lot and seems to work well to accent vehicles, especially if the floor colors are such that they compliment the vehicle.

I did my checkerboard using ceramic tile. The white is hard to keep clean so that is why I limited it to only part of the garage.
