Tile install question?

I am going to tackle installing porcelain tile in my garage and I'm wondering where do you all stop the tile at the over head doors? Inside edge of doors? outside edge of doors? or at garage slab where it meets driveway?

Kind of depends on your garage. I'm stopping the tile at outside edge of the door and probably slanting thinset down to the slab edge. I may go with the Schluter Reno-V ramp for the transition.
