Howdy Guys,
I have been "lurking" here fow awhile now. I have decided to pull the trigger on porcelain tile for my garage, the floor space is approximately 400sf. The installer who I am familiar with (did some wood flooring for me), is quoting me $2.50 per square foot labor costs to install. Material-wise, the cost quote was $668 (the tile I chose was 99 cents per square foot).
I am curious if the labor cost is about average, low, or high?
On another note: Does anybody have an installer in the Houston area that they can recommend?
Thanks Much,
G
