I'm a real newbe on this subject and would appreciate any input available. I have a double garage (21x21) which I am considering to redo the floor. I am considering either an aspartic epoxy coating or tile. The concrete floor is 45 years old with a few minor cracks but generally in fairly good shape. My objective is is end up with a clean and durable floor which will be mainly used for parking. Question: Is the tile floor as good as the aspartic coating systems out there in the market place? I will be getting a qualified contractor in either applications. What should I be no the look-out for during the installation.

Welcome. The answer is to look out for the many threads on these subjects. Try searching for porcelain in title and read away. You're only going to get out of this what you put in.
