Please, what fluids should I expect to leak out if a vehicle is tilted 90 degrees on its side (by tilting/rolling jacks popular in Britain)?

Is there anyone who has experience with them? I should like to know too, how safe it is to put the vehicle's weight on its hubs sideways.

As long as the suspension is in good shape, just about any car should be able to handle its own weight on its side safely. The more important aspect is ensuring the car stays on its side and doesn't come crashing down unexpectedly!

As for fluids, on older carbureted cars you might get some gasoline spilling out of the carburetor bowls, and you might get some minor brake fluid spillage from master cylinder reservoirs, and with nonsealed fuel systems you might get some spillage out of the filler neck if you tilt the car to that side.
