If you’re referring to me, it’s mine I got it at a garage sale! The gentlemen was older so I’m figuring this is an older set! I love tools and love collecting that’s why I bought it!

It looks like an old set of the Xcelite 99 tools. I’ve had a set for 30 years, and they were old when I bought them. I picked mine up at a pawn shop in Vegas, but they weren’t priced high and I’ve never ran into a collector. They look to have been a reseller, not a manufacturer.
