Hi,
I built a 30x40x12’ metal building a few years ago at the house. I’m a body man by trade and wanted to have my own shop. I spray foam insulated the inside then painted inside white and hung 16 led lights so I could see good. I accomplished that! You could do brain surgery in there it’s so bright. My wife died a year and a half ago and finishing the shop kind of got put on hold. Now I want to get er done and use it more.
I’m thinking of putting up plywood for the walls all the way around , just on end so only 8’ high so I can hang tools and build cabinets. What have you guys done for walls? Also I started a mezzanine in one corner, I think that’s a fancy name for an elevated space, I want to have a dust free office man cave. I built the platform and that’s as far as I got, I’m thinking of making a spiral staircase anyone built one of those? I have a bunch of square tubing so thought I’d put it to use.
I just remarried and am getting back on track with the shop, I just wanted to say hi and hear some input. Thanks
