Putting up a temporary "A" frame to cover my beginning garage with a heavy duty vinyl tarp until I get time to put up the metal building. I can't start on that yet because I am building a small tractor barn also. Too much stuff out in the weather and trying to get it all covered up. It's been raining most days and I just keep getting farther behind. Getting older and slower too. Raining again today. Where does the time go?

Time is sure flying by, huh? At least you don't have snow in your yard today! Ugh. This is the time of year us northerners lament about what we didn't get done this summer, and try to mentally prepare for 5 months of winter ahead.

Nice start on the tractor shed. No prep on the sub-grade first though? Raised pad, gravel, etc?

Going to used ground-up asphalt on the floor. That stuff will pack pretty hard. 10-4 on the snow. We get a little snow about every 10 years. It sure does get hot though in the summer.
I was out working today on the garage framework in shorts and no shirt, till the rain started again. Almost got bit by a pygmy rattlesnake today. Hate them little things cause you can barely see them sometimes.

Between the rain days, I got he rest of the rafters up. Wished I had the tarp on as it is raining again today. The tarp weighs about 70 lbs. so I need a little help putting it up. Took the picture through a window and had to lighten it up alot to see it. Maybe I should start building and ARK.
