Hi all... Although my little car-hole isn't anything to shout about, the transformation it has recently undergone IS. Here is the recipe:

Take one small house in the hills with a 'two-car' garage and almost no closets. Add one 32-foot Ryder truck's worth of miscellany. Then build a 6x6x9 foot soundproofed cube (for guitar amps) in the middle of the floor. Shake well. It will look something like this:

Then add a 1/2 pound of frustration, two buddies, a pickup truck, a dump, a GoodWill store, a SawzAll, and SUBTRACT one soundproofed guitar cube. Your dish should look like this:

As the dough rises, add one BF Goodrich banner mounted on a frame that allows it to swing away from the shelves it's covering, and hide all the weed killer and old paint cans behind the banner. Then sand and clearcoat your old metal shelves, drag two truckloads of junk away, add a pinch of SK Facom hand tools, and stir.....

A tasty treat for a February day! Seriously, thanks for all your help all, I've gotten a lot of great tips from y'all. Next: a Lista roller, and some SK to fill it with....

It is amazing what a little elbow grease and a big dumpster can do to clean out the man-cave isn't it? Looks good and I think you have your priorities correct now...

Let's give it up for Charlie.

Looks like you are getting there. Replace your washer & dryer (Maytag Neptunes?) with a stackable unit and you can add a few more square feet.

Btw, are those bicycles limelight, too?

Hee hee good eye! The bikes are Cannondales from a few years back, and they are darn close to the exact same color as the Cuda (lime light). In the bike shop, the choice was obvious....

NICE cars, I'm guessing you were pretty happy watching Barrett Jackson this year  You've got a couple of million dollars worth of cars sitting there.

Seriously those cars are sweet I'd love to have one.

Nice car yes, but it's not a hemi convertible. Those are the big buck cars you see at the auctions.

04Navi is right, my 440 Cuda is a clone (born a 318 barracuda) and my Charger is a real RT, but only a 440-4bbl. Cool? Sure. Valuable? Like a used Vette or a Viper maybe, on a good day! But I like to cruise 'em too much to have a numbers-matching zillion-dollar trailer queen. I'd be too scared of wrecking my retirement fund!
