Yes, top quality and built to last. As used by Rolls Royce and on Concorde. Family surname was Tipping, founder, hence Tip...co (company). Factory was in Lowfields Road, Leeds I recall. Company liquidated circa 1980
They were never as common as the tools from the more prolific makers, such as Britool, but first class tools nonetheless, and very tough!
Quite a lot suddenly appeared on U.K. eBay, mostly unused, which makes me wonder if an old dealer, or maybe someone connected with the original company is having a turn out!
Prices seem dead reasonable for the quality you get, but mostly A/F sizes!
