I had a floor coating installed with gray flakes and a polyaspartic top coat by a local company less than a year ago. We bought a new car recently and it's leaving black tire marks in the top coat. I cant clean it off and the coating installer says it is plaslitizers from the hot tire staining the top coat, but he doesn't seem to know how to prevent it or clean it. Any comments on this would be most helpful.
