This is the first time I got my own tools although it is not SO.

Actually, it is good to use,especially ratchet mechanism operate smoothly.

Does anyone have experience to use this or know which country is it from?

It is said it is from Taiwan?

I have a set of Titans in both SAE and Metric. They were recommended nine years ago by a friend who's a professional mechanic. At the time the Gearwrench products didn't have the market visibility that they do now; hence the Titans were an excellent choice as far as price/performace is concerned.

I've used the heck out of these things and they are just as smooth as the flexhead Gearwrench models I currently prefer.

One aspect I like, is that the heads on these older Titan wrenches are a bit smaller than their Gearwrench counterparts; which makes it easier to get into tight areas.

I've seen them in Costco also. I think the were twenty something dollars. They have the flex version online for $60.
