Anyone use it ever or have any input? My local concrete supplier has sold it for over 20 years. I know floor prep is of utmost importance. Just wondering about the product itself.

Thanks

I was going to go with flecks but then the more I looked at them the less I liked them. Plus it's more labor and money with a top coat. Also, by overhead doors it could discolor from uv rays over time. I just want a light gray and clean and classy looking.

This will be going in my auto detail shop where I wash and detail vehicles. Concrete is only 2 years old and was previously sealed so I will be getting it grinded. No cracks and it's in pristine condition. Floor also had a vapor barrier put down before installed and a drain.

Thanks.

Hi, we always recommend topcoats as all true epoxies are not by their nature very dirt, stain and cehemical resistant.

If you want something easy and gray, use our pigmented SPGX. Single coat in most cases, and inexpensive, and super durable.

Not familiar with TK, best to get data sheets and compare specs.
