to clear coat or not ?

I have a garage floor with a newly painted floor, I used the Epoxy Rustoleum kit, I also used the chips. Should I clear coat it as well ? This garage is just a garage, no fancy workshop type garage, we only ocassionly park a heavy SUV there. Are there any disadvantages to clear coating besides costing more money ?

poly top coats help with scratch and chemical resistance. You really should ask the manufacturer.

Although most of you chips most likely melded into the top coat, some probably just floated on its surface. Those chips are susceptible to being worn down, resulting in a depression that will catch and harbor dirt, spills, etc. Best to seal 'em all.
