New garage floor to be epoxied. It has the thin cracks on the cloor. I wouldn't say they were haieline but not too far off. How little to cracks have to be to just be epoxied over vs trying to fill the lil' buggers?

Going w/ rustoleum pro

Not familiar with the rustoleum product. If it is 100% solids it will fill some. I use a diamond bit called a crack chaser to widen and deepen them. Then fill them with a thick epoxy product. Once dry I grind them down flush with the floor. Seems to work for me.

Yes, I read that post but these are very thin cracks. I Can't see grinding and seeing I don't have a grinder it seems not needed. Was hoping someone had used this over fine lines.

I am also not sure of the solids thing? Seeing mine is pro and not water based it seems that it may be considered solids?:headscrat

I just checked rustoleo and it said HIGH Solids so I will leave the cracks to epoxy and clear coat to fill.
