What do you guys think? I found a company that will prep with grinder, epoxy, color chip, and clearcoat my 650 ft garage for $1800. Not only that, they will guarantee it for life. The company is Armorcoat. They say they have all kinds of big company references, but I have not verified for myself. I found them on Ebay under a search for epoxy garage floor and they are offerring the same deal their. It actually is $1599 on ebay, but my garage is a little bigger.

For a lifetime guarantee I think it would be alright. I would appreciate any thoughts on this.

Are you going to be one of their first five victims, err I mean paying clients?? (Another words are they going to be learning as they go on your project??) Ask for references and to see some of their work, Most past customers will be glad to show off their beautiful custom garage and also tell you of any problems to look out for when dealing with them....H

That is a good price for installation and materials. I'm in Detroit- similar market to Cleveland, and would typically install a three coat high gloss sytem for around $3.50-$4.00 a square foot, materials included. When they say lifetime warranty, do they mean the coating has that warranty, or is it also a service warranty? Just curious about this. Hope the job turns out well.

Just remember...a lifetime guarantee is only good as long as they are in business. You get a lifetime guarantee today, they close the doors tomorrow, your lifetime guarantee only lasted one day. Get references.

After much thought, I decided not to go with this company for the very reason Kevin54 just mentioned, When a company says they are going to give a lifetime guarantee and be in and out in 2 days, I have my doubts. The final straw was when I asked them how to duplicate an epoxy picture on their website, and their reply was that it was a picture sent in to them from someone who did it themselves.........And I asked for references, and none were supplied.
