Today swap meet C List buys

Today I got up and went to the swap meet.Ended up buying this dewalt chop saw and stand for $115.00. Then a guy I always buy tools from had this red snap on box for me. Then when I got home a guy I called on friday called me back.So I drove to his house and he made a killer deel on all the tools he was selling on craigslist. And all I wanted was the snap on air chisel and the snap on grinder.

I only had to give $300.00 for the cart and all the tools and He also threw in the snap on tig torch. Which I dont need.The little snap on box I payed $15.00. Now I have a emty wallet.

Yeah, I noticed those little snappy boxes sell for silly prices.

Silly maybe yes maybe no. Higher than you'd think at first blush, yes.

I won't go on a philosophical bender here, but those little boxes hit all the right buttons for a small group of folks, including me. And I've been surprised at the response my aged example gets from non-tool folks.
